cannot find timeline editor software (timeedit?) online
Hello,

I cannot find cannot find the timeline editor (timeedit?) software online. I have also checked the web-site that is provided at the bottom of the web-page mentioned above. Any idea where I can find it? Also, is that tool still up to date and compatible with the latest SPIN and still used? Thanks in advance.
PS: Similarly, I cannot find the eqltl converter also online.

yup, those two tools do not seem to be accessible anymore
with the demise of bell labs, support for this distribution seems to have vanished
there basically isn't anybody left in cs research anymore that can maintain this.
it's a pity
