Spin Version 6.4.8 is now available

- fixed bug in 6.4.7 that prevented spin -run from working correctly.
- improved explanation of spin swarm options
- added -noreduce option to work with -run (same as -DNOREDUCE)
- added -dfspar option to work with -run (same as -DNCORE=4)
- added -np option to work with -run (same as -DNP)
- extended -biterate option to -biterateN,M (similar to -swarmN,M)
- added -rhash option to work with -run (-DPERMUTED, enables random
  selection of process scheduling randomization)
- added -W option to work with -run, to prevent recompilation of ./pan
- cleaned up makefile a bit
- added support of named mtype declarations
  (see new mtype manual page online); backward compatible with use of
  unnamed mtypes as before
- fixed small problems with -DNP is used and also erroneously -DNOCLAIM
- improved error reporting, eliminated some more compiler warnings on pan.c
