Spin Precompiled Executable for Windows 64bit yields error

Hello,

after running out of memory with the 32bit version, trying to install the 64bit version on Windows 7 Professional 64bit yields the error message:

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

How should we proceed?

Did you run it with the 64-bit installation of cygwin? (cygwin64)
