ispin in PC

Hi,

I have a 64bit Windows 7 OS. I have downloaded the latest version of ispin.tcl and copied it in bin(i am working with cygwin). I have a shortcut on the desktop. But whenever i am trying to run it it says that it is not compatible with my system. What can I do?

Re: ispin in PC

to run ispin you need a version of tcl/tk, or activestatetcl/tk, that is compatible with you operating system. so it's not really ispin that's complaining, it's a mismatch between the version of the 'wish' command that it's invoking to run ispin that's the problem
one part of the problem may be that cygwin on Windows doesn't support 64-bit systems directly (only a 32-bit emulation)
it could be that the version of 'wish' that you have doesn't like the version of cygwin, or vice versa?
